Small Claims Court
As of October 1, 2025: you can sue for up to $50,000 (CAD) in the Ontario Small Claims Court, not including interest or legal costs.
Court Representation:

The Ontario Court of Justice
Representation before the Ontario Court of Justice for Provincial Offences such as:
Speeding, Racing
- Driving without Insurance/Licence
- Driving with suspended Licence
- Disobeying red light/stop sign
- Other minor Charges
Landlord and Tenant Board
Representation before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
For example, in cases where:
- A Landlord wants to evict you for non-payment of rent.You claim: that you have made a repair.
- You rented out your basement, but, now you want to get rid of your noisy tenant.
